COMMERCIAL PROJECTS
Centura Tile Warehouse
Commercial plumbing and gas fitting.
Their existing warehouse was given a total overhaul, including a new showroom, washrooms, staff kitchen and coffee counter. The project also included rooftop units, a water entry station and a tile saw cutting zone. We added a solids interceptor and did a complete repipe of second-storey drainage and waterlines.
Greenline Hose & Fitting
Commercial plumbing and gas fitting.
As they prepared to open their new location, we helped develop a bare, commercial tilt-up unit into a retail facility complete with a sales counter, stock warehouse and staff washrooms.
St. Francis De Sales Parish
Commercial plumbing.
We demolished the existing washrooms in the church and added women's, men's and accessible washrooms for compliance. The scope of work also included new drainage, water lines and a recirculation line for faster hot water response time.
